Kids and teenagers learn how to use digital media largely outside the classroom – from watching videos on YouTube, communicating on social networks to playing online games with one another. But how can schools build on this? Do they even have everything needed to improve students' digital skills? How do teachers rate the situation at their schools? And what can Germany learn from the best in the world?
Digital Learning for Germany gave the answers, a report published each year by Deutsche Telekom Stiftung started in autumn 2015. The report was prepared by a team of experts headed by Professor Wilfried Bos (TU Dortmund University).
