Fueling the future – the power of education.

Deutsche Telekom Stiftung is a non-profit corporate foundation committed to improving education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (the STEM subjects). We work along the entire educational chain to promote excellence and basic education. Our "Off to an early start" projects support education and childhood development in daycare centers and elementary schools. Yet other projects aim to "share the excitement" at the secondary school level. And we are involved with universities in order to "take education to new levels". In a networked knowledge and information society, we believe that a well-rounded education includes a better understanding of research, technology and innovation. That is why our fourth program, "Innovation", communicates the excitement of science and the importance of innovation for our future. With our "Explore new paths together" program, we want to raise public awareness and interest in these issues, overcome people's reservations and encourage dialog between politicians and the public.
